this weekend...
creamed cabbage
2 cups white cabbage
2 tbsp (or more) fat free plain yogurt
two tbsp of chives
pinch of black pepper
one garlic oxo cube
pinch of salt
one minced garlic
sauté your chives and garlic with oxo cube in a tbsp of butter until brown on a medium heat. add cabbage, salt, pepper and cook until soft. lastly add yogurt and cook on a low heat so not to curdle. Enjoy!
