carbonara a la yogurt

this is one of my "just throw it together with whatever i have in my fridge" dishes. it is carbonara which is traditionally a fatty, eggy, creamy calorie calamity and super delicious. my dish cuts the calories in half keeping the flavour alive. here is my version of linguine carbonara. delish in a dish <3

recipe:
  • one pack of linguine pasta
  • two cups of baby tomatoes
  • one pack of bacon
  • 4 sausages
  • two to three cups of fat free yogurt (yes you guessed it)
  • one cup of grated cheese
  • one cup of fat free cream cheese
  • three cloves of garlic crushed
  • one chopped onion
  • dash of milk
  • oregano, salt, pepper, onion powder
cook bacon and sausage in the oven on a baking sheet at 350 degrees until crispy then chop. grill tomatoes with onion, garlic and spices until lightly brown. boil pasta. when pasta is cooked place all ingredients in a large bowl with yogurt, milk and cheeses. add salt and pepper to taste. tadaaaaa <3
