this thanksgiving was a little different then how i planned. sunday morning my sister and i spontaneously headed off to kingston ontario with her boyfriend to have thanksgiving dinner with old friends from home and new friends from trinidad. so essentially it was a large west indian thanksgiving. best part of it all? cooking/darting/staying up til four watching a horror movie/sipping wine/spending time with friends/drinking java coffee's....i think i got it all?? 

in the end, i had a lot to be thankful for.
