this weekend...

creamed cabbage

  • 2 cups white cabbage
  • 2 tbsp (or more) fat free plain yogurt
  • two tbsp of chives
  • pinch of black pepper
  • one garlic oxo cube
  • pinch of salt
  • one minced garlic
sauté your chives and garlic with oxo cube in a tbsp of butter until brown on a medium heat. add cabbage, salt, pepper and cook until soft. lastly add yogurt and cook on a low heat so not to curdle. Enjoy!

lots happened this weekend. we had a fabulous 21st birthday! i cooked tons and enjoyed time with family and friends! hope you like some of what i captured <3
