oh my how i have an obsession with anything period. ever since i can remember i have been completely enamoured with the "olden days" as my mother would refer to them. and currently i have been craving all films and shows period including jane eyre, sense and sensibility, the duchess, wuthering heights and more than any of them downton abbey. i started watching this british series last year and was anxiously awaiting its airing this fall and i have not been let down by one episode yet! you must see it if you like me fantasize about a time when women drank tea, played the harp and wore fabulous outfits for just a jaunt to the shops. ahhhhh what a dream.
