a yummy lunch


this is a new lunch that i have been eating of late. if you need a quick something something, this really does the trick. the recipe is.....

one whole wheat toasted thin bagel (it is half the size of a regular bagel, so good)
a smear of garlic hummus on both slices 
half a sliced avocado 

delish on a dish
